Reflexology

Reflexology works with the idea that the body is divided into zones, which are then mapped onto the feet. Each part of the foot relates to a particular part of the body.

Pressure, or other manipulation techniques, on the correct reflex point of the foot can stimulate the movement of energy around the body, and promote healing

in the related areas.

Every session works on the body as a whole, as well as targeting particular areas or focussing on specific conditions, including...

* Headaches and migraines  * Hormonal imbalances  * Digestive problems -including IBS, indigestion and cramps

* Circulatory issues  * Respiratory disorders - including asthma  * Fertility or Menstrual problems

  * Back, neck and shoulder pain  * Blocked sinuses or earache

Reflexology can really help to alleviate stress, and it can be beneficial when you are emotionally low or in times of difficulty.  Just one session will help you to switch off and relax.

Treatments can help to ease anxiety, improve your overall wellbeing, and often give you a really good night's sleep.

Ideally, a course of 6 regular (weekly or fortnightly) treatments is recommended

to really work on the root issues and hopefully provide some relief.

After that, everyone is different, but often having a session once a month (or every two or three months) can help to

manage the symptoms of long term conditions.

I also specialise in Reflexology for Women's Health and at every stage of the reproductive years.

Reflexology for Fertility - a holistic approach to support your fertility journey, including natural and assisted conception.
