Hi, I'm Laura - an Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist and Reflexologist

(and all round Relaxation Magician!)

 

My passion is giving massages that are really effective but still feel luxurious at the same time-  I absolutely love releasing a crunchy set of shoulders, an aching lower back or a really tight neck, all while helping you relax deeply  and enjoying a precious bit of peace! 

 

My work combines elements of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretches, acupressure points and fascial work to really target areas of pain, while treating and calming you as a whole person.

 

I'm an experienced and intuitive therapist, specialising in

Massage and Reflexology for:

* pain and muscle tension

* fertility, pregnancy and menopause

* relaxation

 

I've had the privilege of welcoming hundreds of pregnant clients into my therapy room over the years and it continues to be a really special part of my practice.
