A bit of space does everyone good sometimes. Space to think. Space to rest. Space to daydream. Space to sleep. In fact, research from the University of Adelaide this year showed that having time to daydream boosts your productivity and creativity (Telegraph – 23.5.16).
Have a nice long walk. Lay in the bath. Or book a relaxing massage.
